Confirming appointments or changes to terms and conditions, providing drafts of individual letters from salary review through to termination letters and references.

We also provide additional support for staff-related issues as and when these arise such as how to handle long term sickness absence, requests for flexible working, helping you manage maternity or paternity leave, consultations and agreeing and confirming changes to working practices.
